Bio
Dr. Maria Faget, a native of Puerto Rico, earned her Bachelor of Education from the University of Puerto Rico with a minor in science. She obtained her Doctorate in Medicine from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Faget has a passion for women's health, with special interest in preconception counseling, contraceptive management, preventative care, general gynecology, high-risk pregnancy, adolescent gynecology, and menopause.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Faget is happily married, and she is blessed with two children: Carlos, who loves baseball, and Charlotte, who excels in art and gymnastics. She currently resides in Fishers, Indiana. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments with her children, enjoys traveling, reading, and delights in cooking.
