Shelbyville, IN – February 26, 2025 – On a monthly basis, MHP Imaging helps over 6,700 patients. "We’ve grown so much since we moved to the MHP Medical Center in 2017," said Amber Kuhn, the Imaging Director.
The Imaging staff does a great job taking care of their patients, ensuring that patient care and satisfaction is a top priority. After each visit, MHP sends patients a survey to find out how the visit went. It asks about helpfulness, if patients could ask questions, if their concerns were addressed, and even how clean the area was. In 2024, for the second year in a row, MHP Imaging scored higher than 90% of imaging departments across the country. Even more impressive, nearly 99% of answers to the survey were “Good” or “Very Good.”
The staff call this excellent care the “MHP Way.” From the website to the exam rooms, to the tables and machines, MHP believes that care should always be the best. "Our people make the department what it is," said Kuhn. "Our staff adjusts to each patient’s needs. We review every patient comment that comes through our department and prioritize sharing them with the staff to encourage a high standard of care. Our staff is truly amazing!"
One patient shared, “I trust the Imaging staff completely! They are skilled and experienced, and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. They listen, understand your concerns, and can give you helpful information if you need more resources.”
