United Heroes: Congratulations to Five Outstanding Providers!

We're excited to announce five of our amazing MHP providers have been honored with the United Hero Award! The United Hero Award, presented by United Healthcare, acknowledges healthcare providers who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional care. It's based on feedback from their patients, highlighting the significant impact these providers have on those they serve.

To earn this esteemed accolade, our providers had to meet specific targets in three key categories on their patient experience surveys. These targets are equivalent to achieving a 4-STAR rating on a 5-STAR scale and include:

  • Getting Needed Care: Achieving a satisfaction rate of 92% or higher.

  • Care Coordination: Exceeding an 88% satisfaction rate.

  • Doctor-Patient Conversations: Surpassing a 58% satisfaction rate.
