Is shopping good for the heart? It was for the roughly 120 participants at the “MHP Goes Red for Women’s Heart Health.”

The 10th annual fundraising luncheon for the Major Hospital Foundation was a sell out as supporters browsed among the many tables set up by vendors Saturday at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino in Shelbyville.

“All the money that we bring in goes back to the foundation,” said Christy Neisler, cardiac services line director for Major Health Partners.

She didn’t have a dollar amount yet, but said the luncheon last year raised $2,800...
