Everything about the third floor of the new Major Hospital is centered on patient safety and convenience, from the patient rooms to the spa center. According to Jeff Williams, vice president of facility operations with Major Hospital, each of the 40 inpatient units on the third floor follow what is called a same-handed design, meaning that each of the rooms will be nearly identical when finished.
