Join our Cardiac Rehab Support Group!

We will be meeting once a month with the goal to provide a welcoming space where patients and caregivers can ask questions, gain knowledge, enjoy a meal, and find fellowship with others who are facing similar challenges. This month's speaker will discuss stress and anxiety following a cardiac event and/or diagnosis and how to come away from it with new strength and resilience.
