Cardiac Rehab Support Group: Cookies and Cardiology

Join our Cardiac Rehab Support Group on June 5th at the MHP Health Pavilion Conference Room (located at entrance 3) at 12:00 PM!

This month we will be decorating COOKIES for a fun cookie and cardiology session.

We will be meeting once a month with the goal to provide a welcoming space where patients and caregivers can ask questions, gain knowledge, enjoy a meal, and find fellowship with others who are facing similar challenges.
