Ready to take the first step toward a smoke-free life? Our Smoking Cessation Class is here to help. This free program provides the guidance, tools, and encouragement you need to quit smoking—and stay quit. You'll work with a Tobacco Cessation Specialist to create a personalized quit plan, and we can even assist with the cost of Nicotine Replacement Therapy.

Classes are led by Lisa Strange, Tobacco Cessation Specialist, and are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month in the Red Oak Room at MHP Medical Center, 2451 Intelliplex Drive, Shelbyville.
